Tested with both Spread Shot and Charge Shot. You can still manage to hit them, by being right on top of them and angling down-right with your shots. Chaser bullets will attempt to go after the boss, but I haven't seen one ever land a hit. The domino boss itself is too low to hurt you by running into it. The bird domino will actually spawn, but immediately will despawn before it gains a hitbox or hurtbox. They attempt to use attacks, but 20 sided dice never spawn even when they go through the animation to spawn one (presumably, you can only see like 5% of them) and play the sound effect. The ground still moves, and the spikes still damage you. Pip and Dot (domino) - Interesting effect. You can still be damaged by falling into the fire below. All of them die in 1 hit to any type of bullet (Even Chaser or uncharged Charge Shot)Ĭhips Bettigan (chips) - Doesn't attack at all, just hops about in place. Tipsy Troop (whisky) - None of them will attack you. Moving left or right on the difficulty select screen will fix this, and let you play back in regular or expert.īut, just to save you all some trouble, I'll tell you what is different about each of the bossesĪll bosses can still damage you if you run into them. (Notice Regular and Expert both seem grayed out.) If your difficulty select screen looks like this, when you enter it will be in simple difficulty. Shortly after, I decided to do an all boss run on Dice King, and noticed something. So, I was bored, and messing around with "Simple" difficulty bosses just to see what was different about them.
